Principle Owner
Pat, is a highly accomplished professional with a strong academic background. Graduating from Haileybury School of Mines and Canadore College with degrees in Business Management, Pat has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence. With over a decade of experience as a Regional Sales Manager at Fagersta Secoroc (now part of Atlas Copco), Pat developed an exceptional understanding of the mining industry's dynamics and market demands. This expertise was further honed during a three-year tenure as National Sales Manager at Brunner and Lay, where Pat played a pivotal role in driving national sales strategies. Transitioning to Terex, Pat excelled in the role of Regional Sales Manager, overseeing operations across Canada for a decade. During this time, Pat cultivated strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, solidifying Terex's position in the market. Subsequently, as Sales Manager at Hoss Equipment for eight years, Pat's leadership and strategic vision contributed significantly to the company's growth and success. In 2009, drawing upon years of industry experience and entrepreneurial spirit, Pat founded Mining Equipment Pro. Under Pat's guidance, the company has flourished, embodying the ethos of perseverance encapsulated in the motto: "Keep on trying, never give up." Pat's unwavering dedication to excellence, coupled with a proven track record of success, continues to drive Mining Equipment Pro forward, making it a trusted name in the mining equipment industry.
Jean Strapasson

Boasting over 19 years of expertise within the mining industry. Having studied and resided abroad from 1992 to 2004, encompassing Italy and the USA, Jean is proficient in multiple languages. His professional journey has been distinguished by pivotal roles in liaising with Exploration and Mining Companies hailing from Australia, the UK, Canada, and the US. As the Executive Director for the prestigious Peixoto de Azevedo Project, Jean orchestrated operations within the largest tenement holder project in Brazil, spanning an impressive 325,000 hectares. His leadership was instrumental in spearheading numerous drilling campaigns, driving exploratory project developments, and fostering robust relationships with both governmental bodies and investors alike. This tenure has endowed him with an unparalleled understanding of mining activities, operational intricacies, and strategic exploration planning. Jean Strapasson stands as a cornerstone of excellence within Brazil's mining sector, leveraging his extensive experience to drive innovation and sustainable growth.
